Payment & Pricing

All payments made through SNVTCHED are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Options

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, including eligible Malaysian and internationally issued cards.
• FPX Online Banking
• DuitNow QR
• Touch ‘n Go eWallet
• GrabPay

The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout.

SNVTCHED currently does not accept manual bank transfers, instalment plans or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payments.

Payment Fees

SNVTCHED does not charge customers an additional payment processing fee for using the payment methods listed above.

You will only be charged the final amount displayed and confirmed during checkout, including any applicable shipping charges.

Order & Payment Confirmation

An order is only confirmed once your payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation.

Adding an item to your cart or proceeding to checkout does not reserve the item or confirm your order until payment has been successfully completed.

If your payment is unsuccessful, you may try again using the same payment method or select another available payment method.

If you continue to experience difficulties completing your payment, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page and provide your order details, the payment method you attempted to use and a brief description of the issue.

Pricing

All product prices displayed on SNVTCHED are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

We reserve the right to update or change our product prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed, paid for and confirmed.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed, subject to any valid promotional discounts.

Pricing Errors

While we take reasonable care to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, occasional pricing, technical or typographical errors may occur.

If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, SNVTCHED reserves the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Where possible, we will contact you regarding the affected order.

Promotions

From time to time, SNVTCHED may offer promotional prices, discount codes or other special offers.

Unless otherwise specified as part of a particular promotion:

• Promotional codes apply to full-priced items only.
• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts or offers.
• Promotional codes may be limited to selected products, collections, customers or promotional periods.
• Promotional codes must be used before their stated expiry date, where applicable.
• Discounts and promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional codes are non-transferable.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to an order after it has been successfully placed.
• Promotional codes cannot be applied to already discounted or sale items unless expressly stated otherwise.

The specific terms of an individual promotion will take precedence where they differ from the general conditions above.

SNVTCHED reserves the right to amend, suspend or end a promotion or promotional code where reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable terms already communicated for that promotion.
