These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of snvtched.com and any purchases made through the website.
SNVTCHED is operated by Navisa Studio. References in these Terms to “SNVTCHED”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to SNVTCHED and its operator, Navisa Studio. References to “you”, “your” or “customer” refer to users of our website and customers purchasing our products.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them.

A SNVTCHED account is required to complete a purchase through our website.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully or in material breach of these Terms.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur.
In particular, product colours may appear slightly different depending on factors such as your screen or device settings and the lighting used in product photography.
Customers should review all available product information and our Size Guide carefully before placing an order.
5. Sizing & Fit
Our products are designed with different constructions, fabrics and fits. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product information and Size Guide before selecting a size.

Requests relating to sizing returns or exchanges after delivery are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee that item. Stock is only secured once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, colours, sizes or collections and to change product availability without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you have successfully paid for your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, you may be offered the option to select an alternative available product or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
7. Placing an Order
Orders must be placed through snvtched.com in accordance with our Ordering With Us policy.
Before submitting an order, you are responsible for checking that:
- The correct product has been selected.
- The correct size and colour have been selected.
- The quantity is correct.
- Your contact information is correct.
- Your billing and delivery information is complete and accurate.
- Any promotional code has been successfully applied.
- The final amount displayed at checkout is correct.
Once payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by SNVTCHED
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- An item is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be successfully processed or verified.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- Incorrect customer or delivery information prevents the order from being fulfilled.
- There is an obvious pricing, product information or technical error.
- An order appears to involve misuse of a promotion or promotional code.
- We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, any amount due to you for the cancelled order will be returned through the applicable payment method.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Malaysian law.
9. Changes & Cancellations by Customers
Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Requests to change or cancel an order after it has been successfully placed are subject to our applicable Returns & Refunds Policy and order fulfilment status.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you identify an issue with an order. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once processing or fulfilment has begun.
10. Prices
All prices displayed on SNVTCHED are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
We may update product prices from time to time. Changes to our prices will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed, paid for and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Shipping charges and any applicable discounts will be displayed during the ordering process.

11. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, technical, typographical or administrative errors may occasionally occur.
Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary.
If an affected order has already been paid for and is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method.
12. Payments
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is confirmed.
The payment methods currently available through our website are described in our Payment & Pricing policy.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. SNVTCHED does not directly store complete credit or debit card credentials submitted through those payment providers.
If a payment is unsuccessful, you may attempt payment again or select another available payment method.
13. Promotions & Discount Codes
SNVTCHED may offer promotional prices, welcome offers, discount codes, member benefits or other promotions from time to time.
Each promotion may be subject to its own eligibility criteria, validity period, product restrictions or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Only one promotional code may be used per order.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined.
- Promotional codes apply to full-priced items only.
- Promotional codes have no cash value.
- Promotional codes cannot be retrospectively applied after an order has been placed.
- Promotional codes may expire and will not be accepted after their applicable validity period.
- Discounts may apply only to selected products, collections or customers.
Where a promotion has specific published conditions, those conditions will take precedence over the general promotional provisions above.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or end promotions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any specific terms already communicated for the promotion.
14. Sale & Final-Sale Items
Products may occasionally be offered at a reduced or promotional price.
A product being discounted or marked as Sale does not automatically mean that it is a Final Sale item.
Where a product is specifically identified as Final Sale, the return restrictions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy excludes any statutory rights that may apply to faulty, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
15. Shipping & Delivery
SNVTCHED currently delivers within Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Delivery dates and time frames provided by SNVTCHED or a delivery provider are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Where a delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, or because the parcel was not successfully received or collected, additional costs and reordering requirements may apply in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery policy.
16. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, store vouchers and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For eligible change-of-mind or sizing returns, a return request must currently be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligible change-of-mind or sizing returns may qualify for an exchange, subject to stock availability, or a SNVTCHED store voucher in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns.
Different remedies may apply where a product is faulty, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered.
Please review the full Returns & Refunds Policy before requesting a return.
17. Store Vouchers
Where a store voucher is issued following an eligible return, its value will be based on the amount actually paid for the applicable returned product after any discounts or promotions.
Original shipping charges are not included unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Store vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through snvtched.com, including the SNVTCHED name, branding, logos, website copy, graphics, product photographs, imagery, designs, layouts and other original materials, belongs to SNVTCHED, Navisa Studio or the applicable rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without prior permission from the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to use SNVTCHED branding or other intellectual property except as necessary for ordinary personal use of the website.
19. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers to support aspects of our website and business, including services relating to e-commerce functionality, hosting, payment processing and delivery.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms or privacy practices.
While we select service providers to support our operations, we cannot guarantee that independently operated third-party systems will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that SNVTCHED is required to assume under applicable law.
20. Privacy & Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian personal data protection requirements.
Our Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use and disclose that information, how long information may be retained and the rights available to you regarding your personal data.
21. Website Availability
We aim to keep snvtched.com accessible and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to all or part of the website for maintenance, updates, security, operational requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may also correct errors or update website information without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNVTCHED will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including disruptions caused by third-party networks, service providers, courier delays, internet failures or events of force majeure.
We are also not responsible for losses resulting from a customer’s failure to provide accurate information, maintain the security of their account or follow reasonable product and website instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
23. Force Majeure
SNVTCHED will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from events reasonably outside our control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic events, governmental restrictions, industrial disruption, transportation or courier interruptions, telecommunications failures, major technology outages or other comparable events beyond our reasonable control.
Where such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and resume fulfilment when reasonably possible.
24. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms, or any other SNVTCHED policy, is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any right, guarantee or remedy available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory right or obligation under applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, policies, technology or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with an updated Last Updated date.
Changes will apply from the date the revised Terms are published unless otherwise stated.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
27. No Waiver
If SNVTCHED does not immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that the right has been waived.
28. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of snvtched.com are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website or a purchase made through SNVTCHED will be subject to the applicable laws and dispute-resolution mechanisms of Malaysia.
Nothing in this section restricts any right a consumer may have to seek a remedy through an applicable Malaysian consumer protection mechanism.
